WHO WE ARE
Joe was baptized by the Holy Spirit in 1995. During his Theological school and training he was called from the U.S. to overseas ministry in Europe. He graduated and has been in Europe since 2002, serving in London England, Vienna Austria, Northern Ireland and presently in Lyon France. He ministers frequently throughout Europe and has lost count of how many countries he’s ministered in the last 20+ plus years.
Fanny was born and raised Pentecostal in France and was baptized with the Holy Spirit from a young age. She excels as a gifted French interpreter in our services, children minister, translator and in many other ministry capacities.
The Cooneys have seen thousands water baptized, filled with the Holy Ghost, healed and set free.
They love coffee, French patisseries, to laugh and travel, and see people's lives transformed by the exciting gospel of Jesus Christ.
